Amber Games is grateful to all 1100AD players who took part in Christmas Lottery Event and by that helped to raise money for Ziemeli Orphanage located in Riga, Latvia. According to the in-game event conditions 20% of the sum being spent by players on the Christmas Lottery would go to the orphanage. 1000 Euro in total were collected. As a result kids in the orphanage received special Easter presents: volley-, basket- and footballs, toys, tableware and one big refrigerator. Amber Games has migrated to the new support system. It is easier, more intuitive to use, and allows our Support Team to handle questions and problems faster than before.

All players, who will use link to the old support system will be automatically redirected to the new support system page. Regarding requests, that have been created in the old support system, and have not been replied to yet: the user can check the status of the request by following the link from the notification e-mail. If the user cannot find the notification e-mail – he should create a new request in the new support system.
